cant pick up animals on steam deck

hey everyone been playing for a bit but i cant figure out how to grab my barnyard animals on steam deck, ive tried having an open inventory and swording or putting a leash on them or trying to figure out which button right mouse button is but i cant figure it out.

It doesn't let u with controller or steamdeck sadly. I play with controller on my laptop and even tho the o button on a ps controller is right click and works for attacks and stuff, it doesnt work for split stacking or picking up animals or even refilling my watering can with a well

Well on pc, the normal way to pickup an animal or pet off the ground is to right click with an empty hand just below them, idk why it must be below the animal, but if you are clicking on their sprites themselves, you are too high then, idk if its an actual bug or not for steam deck or others, but i had to figure it out you must right click pretty far down from the animal
