This happens with Bluetooth devices usually
Try going to control panel > hardware and sound > communications
Then where it says “when windows detects communication activity” set it to do nothing
If this doesn’t work, try clicking the speaker button on the bottom right of your screen and make sure playback device is set to the one you’re using for audio output on discord.
Sometimes the Bluetooth has two audio outputs; hands free, and stereo. It has to match with discord’s to hear both.
Also small recommendation, you’ll notice the game is pretty loud when on a discord call so go to the volume mixer once it works to turn down the game a bit so you can hear your friends :)
