The Griffon - Quest not working

So, i accepted the quest and ever since that, nothing happened. No cutscene, no nothing.
I can go up to the Griffin, but he wants to be left alone. I tried reloging, i tried going in and out a couple of times but nothing works.
(Yes i got the berries he wants because i watched a YT video on how to do the quest, but it doesnt change anything.)

Anyone know how to fix this? Because i can't continue in the story because of that.

The berries don't come from your inventory to initially tame the griffon, it comes from different options you choose. At some point it'll say you pluck a berry off a tree and give it to the griffon. You just gotta figure out which dialogue is the right one.

This, it's a dialogue maze in a way. If you're just hammering through the options you'll stay stuck. Slow down and read the responses, the Griffon's reaction makes it fairly clear which options are correct and incorrect.

I made it very obvious: I do not get ANY options.
The griffin wants to be left alone is the only message i get

Nope, i tried it with multiple different times, going in and out, logging in and out.

its possibly a bug, but a few tips can help

1. Do in single player
2. IF you where in 2p, goto single player and sleep a night or two before trying
3. Talk to him a bunch of times between 8am-3pm and make sure berrys are in inventory. You may have to try SEVERAL times before it happens
4. Leave to the east and talk to the catapiller a bunch of times then try the griffon again

I did all of the suggestions and sadly, it still doesnt work :'>

I am closing this because it ended up working in the most weirdest way.
My gf and i continued the session regardless now, but my food came, so i spend one entire day circle in the house while eating.
When i got out on the second day, the quest triggered and i am beyound happy.
It was after the second update on that day so dunno tbh

Just happy it triggered. :>

From Reddit (and it actually works) for those who see this post and it's not working for them.

"I found something that fixed it for me. To the right of the selling portal, up the ledge, there is a spot between two trees. I walked there and Lily (who had been hanging out in the area to the east) appeared and triggered the cutscene." Someone said this . I tried it and it fixed it for me. Go up the stairs were she was supposed to be the first time .
