Ancient Withergate Sword

ok, seriously, is the withergate sword bugged? I've spent hours, real life hours, killing creatures in withergate forrest over and over again and no withergate sword. I've gotten several of the sun haven one and the nel'vari one in a reasonable timeframe

I got one WIthergate Sword last night by going to the tall screen with several monster groups at the furthest end of Withergate forest and going up and down slaughtering them as they respawned. Took several in-game hours. Still haven't got a Nel'varian one, though.
