Where is the weapon merchant?

I can't for the life of me find him.

2 vendors to the left of Town hall before the bridge that leads to Kitty's place.

Why not mine and make your own? I have never bought a weapon except the elven bows as you cannot make those.

If you are referring to Scott the weapon's merchant, it was explained to me in my question, answered by another steam player.

According to them Scott trades places with the other vendors every two weeks. I am at the end of the Spring month, so I am assuming I will see Scott again at the beginning of summer.

Ahh, thank you. I only saw honey vendor and the other one in that space when i looked.
