Bunny Farm?
I've never made copper gear outside of noticeboard quests and tend to skip over copper tools straight to iron or better.
Every new season the chests spawn, just save them to open the chests each season.
Sure, if you can remember to take the keys out with you next season or don't mind losing the inventory spot to just keep the keys.
I like to keep a fairly clear inventory so chances are i'd never remember and the stuff you get is barely worth it past your first season anyway. I'd just sell the keys and write it off as a lesson learned. Wouldn't worry about wasting some copper.
I recently reached summer, and from what I can see, chests also respawn when the season changes? So, eventually, I think you'd be able to use up all those keys on the bunny orchard chest. I also feel like there was maybe 1 other copper key chest somewhere, but I don't remember where if so.
In any case, at least copper keys sell for the same price as it took to make them, so you probably wouldn't lose much by selling them.
