Broken Snow Elios - Winter Festival

Anyone have any idea how to get snow? It says it is in abundant supply in winter but I can't get it anywhere....

Found the pebbles and the sticks already for the repair. Tried using tools on the ground but it doesn't work.

I know I found it, just trying to remember where! I know it wasn't something you had to use tools for, though, it's just a pile/area that you click on. Hard to spot but it is there!

No tools required for any of them!

• Sticks - To the right of the big main feast table, near Bernard.
  
• Stones - In a pile in the top left. (You may have to walk on top of or behind Raimi to get at them. I walked behind the pile and was not able to access them.)
  
• Snow - In the bottom left, along the entry path.
