Final Quest Conclusion? (Spoilers)
Am I missing something or does the final confrontation to push back the darkness (whether peacefully or through combat) end rather abruptly and unsatisfactorily? The threat agreed to pull back the darkness and then... nothing. No follow up quest? Nothing from Elios? Nothing from Nil'Vara? Nothing from Lucia or Nathaniel or anything? It's been two days since I overcame the threat and the quest is not in my log. So is that it?

Unfortunately, neither an ending or an epilogue have been added as of yet. They should come in a future patch.

I thought this game was complete as it's not flagged as early access?

You would think that, yes. I beat the end boss and thought my game had bugged out when there was no mention of it by anyone, but nope. I did get a pretty item for doing it, but everything is just in limbo, story-wise.
No eta on the finish, I don't think. They also need to patch up the slew of bugs introduced by the last patch, including broken controllers.
It's a bit disheartening, to be honest.

I was literally thinking the same, as I finally completed all 9 altars and confronted Dynus. And then...nothing. Youd think the people of Sun Haven or Elios himself would want to celebrate, but apparently not lol

They rushed the game from 0.8 to 1.0 and out of early access because they got backlash from releasing a new early access game without finishing Sun Haven. It's honestly not a great optics for a game dev.

I was wondering if my game bugged out. Is there seriously no resolution to the story in a game that is out of early access? It's amazing what developers can get away with these days. I would have held off on purchasing this game had I realized the story wasn't complete. I guess they took it out of early access to trick me into buying it. Well played. I will research better next time before I purchase.

even worse is the bugs, oh man the BUGS. We are about 3 weeks into this broken patch and they seem quiet
