multiplayer problems

i'm trying to play multiplayer and every time i go to load my character it doesn't do anything, is there a way to fix that (playing on a Mac)

same here, im guessing its a patch problem since this is 4 of us within an hour.

As a note, multiplayer game starts on my pc but trying to connect with my mac partner her hosting or connecting does nothing when clicking on the character. Are all of your problems on mac too?

I have the same issue here. My wife hosts the world, but it keeps going back to the title screen whenever she tries to load her character. It even does that when trying to play solo for her.

Same issue. I have an m1 macbook pro. My partner has intel based iMac and it seems to work ok on that

observed the issue on single player as well. I don't think it's limited to multiplayer only.

And I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the game a few times and no luck. Reinstalling it also seems to be causing issues with it booting up at all.

rolling back to patch 1.0.2 seems to have worked.

Same issue here. Rolling back to a previous patch is too complicated for me :( I'm hoping the developers ID the bug and fix it ASAP.

same issue here. to roll back: right click on game name -> properties -> betas, in the drop down menu, select patch 1.0.2 and steam will automatically download previous patch
