imo, there's no real need for sprinklers. The rain cloud spell is super fast and neat. There is also a talent for keeping crops watered through the night. Also you can buy multiple pet lantern spirits (one per year) which water for you. The Summer totem only gives an 80% protect against fire and that's on purpose to keep us involved with our farms - adding sprinklers would take that mechanic away. I'm sure that would be ok for some people but others like the "challenge" and uniqueness of the totems / pests / seasonal issues. This game has tried hard to not be too similar to other farming games which is appreciated. just my opinion.
There's another mod that will automatically keep any tilled soil patch watered. It's maybe a tiny bit "cheaty" but not that much.
What i want is the ability to see if an item has been donated or not.
