Wallpaper and Meat

1. I have a quest to get Solon three pieces of meat. Where do you get meat from??

2. I purchased wallpaper and it says to use it on a wall...how? Nothing I'm doing is activating it

For question 1, you can buy them from the General Store. Someone on the forums said that they only show up there during this quest.

Someone else has to get question 2, I have no idea.

I figured out the wall, it just wasnt showing up until I removed some things. Thank you! Ill check the store
