Are those trees respawning on the roof in Withergate or they are just one-time thing?

Dead logs are the logs you obtain from cutting down Withergate trees I believe.

Thank you :) Sorry, i didn´t probably asked correctly - do withergate trees respawn on the farm if you cut them down completely?
