Does anyone know what to do with monster loot?

When you go around you start collecting a bunch of odd stuff but so far I've only found a use for magma honey (cooled honey) and leafie leaves (compost).

Can you craft the other types of monster loot nto anything? (fur tuffs, snow balls, ice cubes etc...)
