All of my grapes are dying

Every grape seed i plant turns into a dead plant no matter the season, watering, or anything else. What to do? I can't proceed in that damn quest.

gotta infuse them (5mana each crop) in addition to watering them

Did you do what it told you to do? The first batch will die then you go talk to the elf in the tavern again and he tells you about mana infusing being needed and sends you to talk to Lucia. She teaches you how to mana infuse.

After you plant the 2nd batch you have to infuse them with mana for them to survive.

so i need to waste all these seeds... poor plants ;-;
anyways, i have a ton of mana so infusing should be easy

Luckily the seeds end up being cheap in the end and they're actually a good quick way to make money if you have a lot of mana. Probably not the best way to make money, but I'm lazy and I have mana and land.

Considering their quick turn around they are probably the best money per day crop in the game.

Ok so Lucia had me click on the plant by her and it came to life. But when I go back to my garden, I can't do that; what am I not doing right? I got the mana jars from her and have mana of my own; I just can't figure HOW to make it work. :(

you infuse them right after you plant and water the seeds while they're still sprouts.
