Report a translation problem
I usually go with either duelist or spell caster. The extra health or mana are both helpful throughout the game and especially in the beginning when your character is so weak.
Both professions give gold too and gold is always useful.
I suppose if you are really into farming, baking, crafting, orchard farming, fishing etc, those professions could be useful to your character as specialties since they give you a nice start, but they are niche and only useful if you are focusing on the bonus or advantages they offer,
