All Crops Released?

Hey all,

Not sure if I'm just missing something or what, but there are crops that are used in the keg recipes that I have never seen before and am wondering if there are still crops that have not been released?

Ex: Soda pop crop, fizzy fruit, hops & candy cane.

Granted I have not made it to the winter crops as of yet, but I thought I would ask regardless.
