Seriously... What do i do with the Spring Tokens?

There is an NPC named Bloom in town you can exchange the tokens with her, she'll be at a small booth. She changes her stock based on the current season.

each season has tokens which you can spend at the seasonal vendor. it's diagonal from the clinic; if you go to the town center and go to the left then down (under the abandoned shops) there's a little alcove that has the vendor.

There needs to be a letter from Bloom as soon as you get a Spring Token, talking about her existence. I thought she was just a flower vendor or something.

very limited purchase options from Bloom though. i have tons that I cannot use.
