Armor questions

Hey guys, im planning my armor right now. i played for like 30 hours without armor and i have several question.
i mainly wanna do magic, but i dont see a full mage set in the anvil menu.

1. what is considered a complete set (uniformity skill, mining row 2)? because there is for example only spectre robe and helmet for mages but no gloves or shoes.
2. where else do i find/craft good armor?
3. master armorer skill (mining row 2) applies to all 5 armor slot, so i can get 5*3 spelldmg out of it?
4. whats the best mage set?
5. dmg to all attacks means to physical and to magical?
6. regarding the master craftsman skill in mining row 2. there is a 25% chance for each bonus, so i craft each item until i have the enchantment i want?
7. any other tips and tricks you would want me to know?

Bonus question with has nothing to do with armor: whats the best/chepeat way to recover huge amount of mana? for the moment i was bulk crafting sandwiches

the specter set is a complete (and best mage DPS) with only the 2 pieces, so just add sunite for the remaining 3 for extra HP and Def.
while crafting the armor piece, you can preview its stats while still smithing, if its not what you want, cancel the piece and try again till you get the bonus set you want.
