Stuck in quest

Does anyone know how to get back to the heatviper/snake, i got out and not the boat doesn't take me there, it takes me to wintergate.. and i beat Dynus again, but the quest was not soloved..

Hi Wuii, are you using your save from 0.5? If so, there is a bug with the quest progression that I am working on right now.

Yes, save from 5.0, i did't start over

theres a known issue with .5 saves getting repeats of several of the main story quests or skipping some of them entirely. hopefully they will get that cleared up in the next update. at least you can access withergate xD. some couldnt because of the quest going out of order so thats at plus at least! if you are willing to go to their discord they have a dedicated bug channel and the community is pretty good about helping each other. they might have found a work around to get that quest done.

Yserin's right, I personally did some testing this week to identify where exactly quests are giving folks hang ups.

For now, Wuii, you should be directed into the new questline called "Investigate North" or "Dangers to the North", in which you can reopen your Withergate access. Note there will be a few quests that say they are complete that will remain in your quest log.

I can go to Withergate but I can't go to Heat Viper and I can't do the quest that says defeat the Heat Viper (quest name ''the king's lost pet'')

There is now an option in your settings menu to reset your quests if you would like to start over.

Wuii, while in game, press escape or tab to open your inventory. Navigate to the tab with the cog wheel (Settings) and look in the section labled "Game." At the bottom of this section is the option "Reset Main Quests Info." Click on "Info" and a pop up will appear with an option to confirm your choice.

To complete this quest, you have to go to the mine north of the town. You have to mine an insane amount of sandstone (I think it's called). Either 150 or 250 stones will allow you to launch that catapult to murder the poor pet viper.

you can also just do the 50? sandstone fish instead of mining if you dont mind the fishing game. personally that feels faster.
