You can place it in a chest at home or discard it. :)

You can use sugar and make it into a jam using the jam maker (use skill points to unlock this perk). Very, very valuable resource, even more valuable jam.

^ No. Pomegranate of Power and Golden Pomegranate(for the jam) are two separate items.
