I am having SUCH A HARD TIME trying to get this last fish. Ive maxed out my fishing but i still cant get this damn thing. Its the last item i need to finish dynus's alter room. HELP!!!!

Same. It is supposed to be in the elf forest. Fished 4 days straight, just mostly mana fish. I just gave up and clobbered Dynus instead. Take health food, Hamburgers, coffee and put them on your action bar. Easy kill. No bloody ray though.

Just caught it, second map south of nelvari using the nelvari rod it will be a fast fish with a small sliver of a green perfect on the left side of the bar

You have to use the nelvari fishing rod. I got the damn fish in less than 5min, on the body of water on the second map south of nelvari.
