how to find water crystal and a amulet

do amules exis in the game becose havent find a single one yet
and where to find water crystal do find 1 or 2 sometime but try to make some stuff to get the best cross bow but it takes so much

Haven't come across an amulet yet after 30 hours so I'm going to say they aren't in game yet.
As for water crystals, you can find them in areas near rivers such as the eastern and western forests as well as in the mine. They don't always spawn in the mine so you're best bet is the forest. They take time to respawn, maybe 3 days, so check back every now and then.

I did find one amulet it is in ramance shop idk where that is but that is the only place you can get an amulet now
