Stuck in Withergate

Upon discovering Withergate for the first time, the clock hit midnight and I passed out. I woke up in the apartment there even though I didn't own it, and now I'm stuck in the apartment and surrounding outdoor area of the map. I can't seem to leave through the northern exit. I have no way of earning tickets either to complete the quest of paying off the apartment and hopefully freeing me. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm so sad. :(

Are you stuck in the apartment or Withergate itself? Because you can leave Withergate trough the sewers the same way you came in. And if you're stuck in he apartment I really don't have a clue on how to get out of there.

you can just go back through the sewer grate you came from. but in my instance it was clear you only need to pay the appartement back so try sleeping in the room. also the easiest way would be to grow the crops from withergate on the top floor of the appartement, you can acess it from the elevator. seeds can be bought from a merchant south east within withergate which will sell for tickets. (some lady behind a stall) hope that helps.
