Although I can't find that old game on Google anymore. It gets buried under everything else that has Stars! in the title. Or maybe I got the name wrong? And the sequel that got canceled. Wasn't it gonna be called Stars Genesis? Im so confused.

Dear devs I used to love playing the game 20 years ago and used to follow a SE3 webring for shipsets - getting the latest Star Trek sets was something I loved to replicate races from TV. Obviously, a lot of those websites are long gone, but would you consider adding a Steam Workshop for the game for sharing of shipsets?...

I am very grateful to see SE3 on Steam; I was shocked to see it here but I look forward to playing out on the one SE game that I missed out on all those years ago! But what the heck happened to SE2? Why couldn't it be released here too? We are of the Kzintus Empire; your pathetic race offends us... ;)...

Update!!! Meanwhile I've discovered that the issue has nothing to do with the browser, but with the format of the tutorial file and that Win10 can't interpret HLP files. I know there are workarounds, and I can help myself. By the way, the old shareware version did contain a real manual for SE3. Perhaps Steam could include this freely available doc file in its SE3 download? This manual came with a written tutorial included which is probably identical with the HLP tutorial.
