Tutorials/instructions are never fun or easy to create, especially when the thing you're trying to teach is complex and not particularly user-friendly. So it's unlikely the tutorial will be changing, aside from adding some UI highlighting to some of the instructions that are less clear.
I'm not sure how much of the BnD campaign you've played, but the instructions are done after 10 missions, and then you're on your own. And the challenges don't have any instructions. Only the first 5 missions require you to follow instructions to get 3 stars, you can ignore them after that if you're trying to get 3 stars. You can actually ignore them the whole time if you don't care about stars, and in BnD mode, stars don't unlock anything (currently).
Sorry the tutorial is stupid. -Luke
sorry i was a bit harsh and i have thought of ways to solve this problem, the first is making it a setting you can turn on or off in the settings also can make dragging\moving vehicles around.
