Where is the 4th power crystal for Gallus Meg in the Power Core?
I've searched every inch of the map and checked every container twice. I can only find 3 power crystals, gotten the reward anyway, but Meg still wants the 4th and the quest won't end.

There are only 3 in the Power Core; the 4th is back in the N ruins of the Power Station. Assuming you didn't already find it and give it to him, leaving 3 to find in the Core, it should be waiting for you still. Though I believe w/ high Leadership, you can make do w/ only 3.
