Well timed hard CC like stuns, the Knockdown item, etc around the time she reaches low life, then bursting her to death before she can get her ult. Silencing her is also effective. Geists are willing to reach low HP to ult, but you can abuse this by disabling their ulting abilities and then killing them.

Otherwise, building spirit resist is advisable, and ensure to stay out of her grenade area. She excels in long fights due to her regen, ult turning the tides and her 3 getting better and better; perform swift fights and don't let her lats too long.

Absolutely mad that the counterplay to the ult is to not let her ult. :steamhappy::steamhappy::steamhappy:
curse or silencing glyph

Her ult is incredibly short ranged, so it's easy enough to not get near her when her health is low, she has no built in mobility.
Stuns and silences work well.
But also, it can only bring you down to 20% health minimum, so a well timed self heal can allow you to eat the ult without worry, and I'm not sure if the health swap counts as a heal for her so heal denial items might leave her more vulnerable, I'll have to check that one.

Outside of ult, drain life needs line of sight and slows her.
A lot of her damage comes from malice stacks, so try not to engage when you have a lot on you.
And the bomb is a threat but you can see it coming.
