번역 관련 문제 보고
My only problem is the horrid amount of dot crawl from the graphics, especially the catenary.
Will it be better at release or is it what I feared, a Unity engine weakness??
Thanks God, NOT. Just play Derail Valley to see how Railroad simulator on Unity can look like. Hope it should be fixed, now AO and lighting is terrible and totally unplayable.
Very promising for an early access demo release :)
I also haven't seen any Simkol heritage in train physics like advanced cab controls or movement mechanics. Even cab sway is not present well. Now SR looks just like a Dovetail's Train simulator world - with less optimised graphics.
- graphic could be significantly better: I had to set antialiasing at the best level to have a good definition on catenary and stations objects
- with the best antialiasing setting, my i7 67000K + 32 Gb RAM + RTX 3060 12GB never gone over 70 fps, (limit set to 120 in the settings) and sometimes it stuck for 0.2-0.5 seconds... (i.e. entering stations)
- cabin model is interesting and seems good, I like it
- it is noticeable that you worked well on people on platforms and onboard (interestingly some of them sit normally and some sit with crossed legs!), but more variety on dresses and faces is needed (I had a lot of twins passengers on my tutorial :)), and the way they move and wolk coul be revised.
Definitely a good project, but with some work to be done!
