Emrg-braking and game crashes all of a sudden (ETCS?)

Hey guys. I didn't play SimRail for 2-3 months now and i didn't notice any game updates since that time. (?)
Anyway I started playing again, something is not quite right anymore and I don't get why.

[1]Whenever I join a server driving Pendolino, the 1st thing that happens is a sudden change to 40 kph speed limit in the HUD and an overspeed emergency braking follows (all this happens in 10 seconds after server join, before I even get to disable autopilot).[2]Then, I keep driving until ETCS is showing the brake curve. The second i reduce speed to little and get ETCS warning, my game crashes to desktop.

There's a notification for just a split second, so i can't read it...
Any ideas? Is there a crashdump file somewhere to find?

Because of takeover in ETCS section is still bugged.
Also if you encountered ETCS related bug, I recommend to reboot your PC. Or cut off EVC.

When joining a pendolino in the ETCS areas, keep it on bot until the speed limit changes from 40 and you should be able to take over. This should fix your first issue
