I just played up to Chapter 4 and have yet to see anything that suggests this is a hentai game. How do you access any of the nudify / sex scenes?

Maybe I'm the only one suffering this, but I can't buy the two additional skills, "Shocking Ground" and "Freeze". Because of that, I can't get the two achievements related to them. Can you fix that?
