I misunderstood, thought it was like what was done with FF10 HD's remastered music, which was redone.
The whole game was composed by Tim Haywood.
This is true. The Asylum (sadly) has different music altogether. The old version had great ambient tracks with childrens toys playing and a woman screaming intensely. Very disappointed to find it missing as it was one of my favorite tracks. Guess the devs figured all that ambient screaming was a little "too" intense for the console kids.
Haven't played the whole game through. Maybe they've just moved it to to a later spot in the game. Hoping it plays in later levels.
Thank you for the reassurance and the heads up. I have not reached the playrooms yet and I personally apologize to all the console kids (my own kids included) if this is accurate.
I just had a cold sweat for a moment. Playrooms is also one of my very favorites.

The asylum tracks are no different, they play in each area you enter. however with the childrens toys and woman screaming etc, that still stands in the game. especially in the playrooms.
again some tracks were unused and have being restored like Salvage Yard etc,
