Tried deleting the config file, it does not work.
And it cannot be my PC's problem, because apart from that minigame, the game runs fine for me. And if my PC can run better looking games like NIOH 2 on max settings without a hitch, I do not see why it should not run this game.

I'm not aware of an actual fix for this issue, but there's a mod that just removes the minigame.
