is this game worth buying? should i just emulate it?

what reason do i have to buy this game vs just emulating it? its a ps2 game so it should be fairly easy i believe

Persona 4 Golden at 20€ was a sweet move , but THIS is overpriced imo .

You could have it on PS3 ( PS2 classic psn ) for 10€ ( i bought it ) but i guess this was the vanilla one. now they recently closed PS3 store so this is no more an option and the extra dungeon and ending is a must have imo.

So i guess emulate or wait for sale coz u might have plenty of other game to play if you're like me and 90% of my friends while waiting for price to drop.

Again, it's not 60fps on emulator. It's 30FPS on 2X turbo.

I guess no voice acting was part of the charm back in the days , also personnaly i can't stand japanese acting anymore ( even if it was a time i used to like that in anime and japan movies, i'm all for english in games when i can now - as a french native btw - ). So it is just a matter of taste at this point . But yeah the japan acting might be good and not trash i get your point , i'll probably never know for myself, maybe he was refering to the english one

Yep but 60 FPS on PC has become standard like it or not, i recently played resident evil 1 HD and since i had to troubleshoot for some reasons i switched several times between 30 and 60 .... it is true that 30 is really annoying when u're used to 60 minimum on all games.
So just saying ... when releasing a game/remaster on PC in 2021 .... 30 FPS meh

People are talking about psx2, but from what I've seen there is a switch emu out people are using. How is that working for them?

Emulate, u can find ps2 version on Amazon for 30$ and get Dante included. Amazon has Digital Devil Saga 1+2 for $30 which are also excellent SMT games. Better yet, get SMT VI for 3ds and emulate that too, since its better than Nocturne

you mean smt IV? now thats a first lol. its honestly an ok smt game and Apocalypse is better than IV miles ahead
