Honestly, having played it a couple hours, the FPS was never really that noticeable due to the nature of the game and the music issue is jarring but you get used to it.
The fact they didn't pay Unity full price (UNITY LOGO APPEARS IN LOADING SCREEN SO THEY CAN SAVE COST) says a lot how cheapo they are. They treat mainline fans like ♥♥♥♥.
human eyes can't see more than 480P and 24fps anyway.
