Does this game run on Deck?

I nee a hand finding the manuscript pages I didn't want to ask for help on this as I figured I'd find them if I saw them I found most but I'm missing two and cannot for the life of me find where they are.

I have questions but I think this thread should be for everyone to look as dumb as I do =p Anywho.,,, How do I save? And how do I look at my quest log?

Without a quest log I'm completely lost. I went to the GCRU and spoke to the receptionist, I thought she told me to go to HQ, but whenever I go, nothing happens. The receptionst says dont go back here and there a land mine or something blocking the walkway that dosent let me go further. I've explored the whole city and can't figure it out, please help!...
