No reset?

I know the game is still early access and isn't complete, but i feel like i'm missing something?
Most Idle games have some sort of reset feature which gives you bonuses vital to progression.
I'm currently on Venus and have been for over a week. I know how to progress to the next planet but i'm unable to do it yet and i fee like all my research and infras are going WAAAAY too slow.

have i missed a something? some sort of reset feature? i assumed the reset was "black holes" which arn't in the game yet. I've only found one use for stardust, forging cards. Haven't found any star essence nor do i have any idea what its for.

I don't know if they are at that point of developement yet, are still in the making of the pre-reset run or simply this game won't have any. Not that there's much comunication from the devs. ^_^¡

When travelling, you have an extra tab called Black Hole, that doesn't do anything yet. Seems to me like a pretty obvious candidate for a future reset feature.

you need to do the shelters infra to raise the efficientcy of your resource generation, it gets quite fast when those are done

Any sort of reset feature, use for star essence, travel to the Sun, or anything to do with the black hole aren't implemented yet. You haven't missed anything. Mercury is hard to get to. Fortunately for you, you really don't need any iron or biomass since you can collect both on Mercury with time, so you don't need to worry about the bogus optional requirements and concentrate on getting your travel time minimised.
