How do you start a Winter Raid?

Pretty much in the Subject. I see it's open but I don't see a way to start it.

pick one of the three tanks then hit battle

I think the timezone was off. It said it was open but I couldn't start a "battle" until it was PST instead of Eastern.

There is a bus with open blinds in the hangar, you can click on this bus. You can also select the mode next to the "into battle" button, on the right where the inscription random battle, click and select "Winter raid".
