Please help! There are accounts with the same login credentials in other regions.

Hi everyone,

Maybe one of you can help me, as support hasn't responded for days. Wargaming tells me I should update my login information. There are accounts with the same login information in other regions. According to the page where you can fix this problem, there's still an account on the Asia server with the same email address. Why is that? I signed up through Steam back then and have only played through Steam since then. The page says I should log in there, but I can't because I'm always redirected to the EU site. According to the Wargaming website, I can't change my email for another 14 days. You can also make your account unique. Is it then sufficient to just change the email address on the main account?

Has anyone else had the same problem and can perhaps help me? I would be very grateful, as I haven't been able to play for days because of it.

Hello, I have the same problem right now but can't find solution. Also waiting for respone form support but 1 week now and no respone. I dont play on steam but seems like it's the same problem ( Login to wargaming ) I'm waitng for the 14 days to change email and hopefully it will work.

Same mine was American i never created no damm usa account but they say i did so i told them i am a confused little fawn and you should delete that other account as i dont know how and frankly this sounds bizarre. Support deleted the other account maybe they had so many requests to do this there are 111 million accounts for WOT.


I got mine fixed just around Christmas thankfully support did it within 3 days.

I have had some email contact but the issue is still not resolved after 10 days. Mine said I have an EU account. The only thing I can guess is an old Dev server account I made years ago.
