No studio has developed a successful game, with the players consensus.
Unfortunately, bugs happen. Either as a result of poor client-server synchronization, or a potential issue with map hitboxes, sometimes your rounds will "disappear" - that is to say, fail to be registered by the server. Nevertheless, this is rare, and while I understand your frustration, things like this are experienced by every user occasionally, so you shouldn't feel targeted in this regard.
As for feedback, the developers have to consider the playerbase as a whole rather than pay attention to individual users. Your input does matter, but it will never be taken into as much individual consideration as you suggest, because that'd be unfair to other users and their own feedback. As 8_Hussars said, it is simply impossible to please everybody. Every change regarding the game (or anything in general) will always result in somebody being dissatisfied. The developers have to account for that by considering only the general opinion of the playerbase, rather than individual users such as yourself.
The playerbase remains as large as when you left. In fact, it has likely grown. I assume you're taking your data from SteamCharts. It is important to remember, however, that Steam represents only a minority of the playerbase. If you look at this website showing server population counts across regions (https://wgstatus.com/wot), you will see that there are over 130k users currently online, in the EU region alone. (The total player count including other regions as well as the now-separate RU region is over 430k). This proves that the game has not decreased in popularity, but rather the opposite, showing that WoT's popularity continues to grow.
Feel free to ask if you have any questions.
Actually, they never paid attention and didnt care about what costumers had to say, no wonder why the game is trash at this point.
It doesn't help that the mechanics are so sh*t and don't work in the first place ..
