a wish for 2025?

hi community and developpers WOT,
it would really good if for a game, each tem would have the same level in tanks; because when a tank level 6 fight a level 8...or a 5 fight a 7 and so on, the interest of the game is very reduced. Thanks a lot in advance. For my part, i don't understand this current situation.
