Report a translation problem
Having said that I was out pretty quickly too.
Standard ALL CAPS uninformed baddie complaints.
Move on nothing to see here...
Greetings! I see you did a great job on this post. But it looks like you have a problem with the CapsLock key. Unfortunately, it made your post almost unreadable and difficult for other users to read.
After reading your entire post, I found that most of your proposed ideas have already been implemented in the game or publicly available game modifications.
You may be upset that you have to install third-party content, but it's worth noting that many useful modifications have been implemented into the game recently.
Some mechanics, such as the 30-second countdown you mentioned, will not be changed because they are necessary. For example, the above-mentioned report is necessary in order to maximize the number of players in the team were able to enter the battle at the same time (different players have quite different performance hardware, so not every PC loads the map in 5–10 seconds).
By the way, you seem to have this problem. You mentioned that it takes you about 6 minutes from launching the game launcher to entering the battle. Sounds like your PC is a bit weak. I advise you to install a more powerful hardware if possible. Also, loading will greatly speed up the use of solid state disks.
Most of the interface panels and information panels you mentioned cannot be removed or hidden, as they directly display some combat events or equipment characteristics.
In point 8 you mentioned that you can have only 2 tactics in a battle.
I daresay your experience with the game is pretty small. On each map, given the features of the tank on which you went into battle for you there are a lot of tactics, directions of attack and scenarios for the development of the battle. Some scenarios you will undoubtedly see more often.
Regarding the ability to hide equipment in the hangar, such functionality has long been available using filters in the carousel of equipment (Lower left corner of the screen, above the contact button)
As for the tank Matilda and female crews. The tank historically existed and was quite massive. Female crews also took place during WWII, so everything is clear here
Regarding changing the skin of unique crew members, now available mentoring function, with which you can transfer experience from a unique crew member to any other, including freshly recruited.
The level 10 tech is the pinnacle of the research tree evolution. Yes, it's not always profitable. Although, you still remain at a significant plus for good fights. But I wouldn't call this technique a paid technique. Techniques from level 1 to level 8 (non-premium) have good profitability, not to mention battle reserves, etc. Therefore, I don't see a “pressing need to buy premium tanks”
Hopefully some of my answers will be useful to you, and you will reconsider your view of the game
