why is arty a thing in this game?

its not even a tank. sits in the back, no strategy, and just stealing kills from everyone actually playing the game. meanwhile i get one shot while in cover with no warning or way to fight back. so lame. like it actually ruins the game for me. every other match i just get deleted by some dude who's entire role is to camp while i'm having a good ol' slugfest up front. adds nothing. slows down the action cus no one wants to push a lane with arty fire incoming. glad it was free cus im about to uninstall this pos. at least add a game mode with no arty or something.

Play arty learn how it work then you will see how you can counter it with a regular tank. Its not as simple as you make it sound to play arty.

i've watched the arty game play. it doesn't look even a little bit fun. seems like a perfect role for someone who's not good at the game. sit in the back with zero threat to yourself, reposition all of 10 feet the entire match, and steal your teammates kills while they are having peak fights up front. not interested. every match i play with NO arty is more fun than the matches WITH arty. that's all the proof i need. idk, maybe i'm crazy. bet if we put it to a vote within the community, that would be the end of arty. majority of people hate it.

and i base this off convos i've had in game with other players. if i say "Arty should be removed" in chat, 100% of the time there's at least a few people chiming in that they agree.

yeah i just played 2 matches in a row with 4 arty on the map. what a surprise, they got most of the kills and barely moved out of spawn. i'm done with this hot garbage. just uninstalled. too bad though, could be a fun game. why they have an entire class dedicated to camping in the most annoying way possible is beyond me. just some invisible guy across the map, sitting in his spawn shooting me and my team with no way to retaliate. seems like the only reason they exist is to give people more vehicles to spend money on. so lame.
