The leafblower is the most toxic tank in the game. If WG sells it again in 2025, it will kill the low tiers for good.

Hello, according to European law, a company cannot worsen the characteristics of premium equipment
The seal clubbers favorite premium SPG!

That's false. They can do that, They can nerf it. It says it in Their TOS and EULA. They just do not want to do it because people would get mad.

if the legislation did not interfere, they would worsen the characteristics of premium tanks, as they are doing now in the Russian segment, but due to the norms of European law, they do not have the right to do this

An EULA can not overwrite domestic law. My EULA says when you play my game i own your soul and you accept that i am the overlord tank daddy. You signed it so it must be true!!!

Don't you people have the cognitive ability to think and rationalise? They can write whatever they want in their EULA. Because NO ONE has ever looked it it under a Court of Law. Do you think judges drafted the EULA? Or that someone looked at the EULA from the Government legal office? Lol no stop believing EULA folks. An EULA means nothing until it A wins in domestic court and B the EULA section is not over ruled by domestic or EU law.

Indeed many changes could be construed as fraud and deception if premiums are nerfed. If the intention is you are to buy a new model then thats likely fraud deception and illegal under EU and UK law.

And what European law prohibits any nerfs or change of in-game purchased items?

The 70 year old lawmakers did introduce the digital goods act and the consumer rights act 2015. But they failed to realise content digitally can be modified. Now then this might be in the wording they use not conform to the contract. What is the contract? The EULA or the i buy tank with 400dmg and i after 2 years have a tank that does 350? And i paid for that? Well thats a contract in my opinion.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK provides consumers with new legal rights for digital content, including the right to repair or replacement for faulty digital products. The Act also outlines remedies for digital content that doesn't conform to the contract, such as price reductions or refunds. The Act also covers the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of delivery.

Read WoT EULA it states that You buy a right for a licence use of the content. And accepting it You accept that You lose a right for a competition etc in case You lose access to it like getting banned or modifications etc. It does not break the law as You get a licence for the digital product usage and They can modify it.
