Well, we do have the Renault FT in a few tech trees (Tier 1 tank for France, Italy, China, and Japan), which is a WW1 French tank. That's the only one currently in the game though. We had an event with Mark IV tanks a few years ago, but it was temporary.
Well, amusingly enough, the TOG II is a WW1 tank. Just not the variant you see in-game. It was designed in 1918, but was never built in time before the Great War ended. You know those weird doors on the side of the tank? That's where the MG sponsons used to be in the original design, similar to those you see on Mark I-V tanks. I think the original design also didn't have a turret, though I'm not sure about that.
That's also why the TOG II is so long. It was designed to cross trenches.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention we also have the Char 2C. It's a new tank, so I missed it, but you should get it very easily just by playing a single match. That one was also designed in 1918 but never built in time to be used in combat, but it's still a WW1 tank.

Well, yeah. I play War Thunder too, I've got 1.1k hours in it. Not sure how that's relevant here though, this is the WoT forum.
