I'm in a tier VII Heavy tank, the IS. I'm getting killed via shots to the front of my turret and the replay says "No Armor". The front of my turret has 100 armor. I would understand if it says the shot has 100+ pen and my 100 armor isn't enough but what is "No Armor"? Happened two games in a row.

Hello! This is caused by a bug in the functionality showing the last hit on the tank. Sometimes it may not work correctly with armor screens, for example, with the mask of the gun. They know about this problem and are working on its solution. Just in case I will clarify that the problem is only with the display of numerical values in this functionality
