The language is changed in the steam settings. In the game this setting is disabled.
But don't forget that the language settings are also limited. It all depends of your region.
If you play in Europe, you can install one of these languages:
RU,UK,PL,EN,DE,CS,FR,HU,TR,NL,RO,IT,FI,SV

Nazdar. V spouštěči hry musíte vybrat nastavení hry. (To je vedle výběru kopie klienta hry). A v otevřeném podnabídku zvolit češtinu.
