Too much server lag reccently

Locate in California, play in NA server, running aTT fiber with 600M speed for both upload and download, but still have high lagging play on the NA server. PIng value can suddenly jumping upto 200ms in every 5s. Unplayable.

avg ping to Chicago NA WOT server, 137ms.

What times do you play? When the server load is very high (>12K players) I have noticed apparent lag too so I switch to the South American (SA) server for better performance. Are you pinging the nodes directly (like with tracert) or are those in-game measurements?
