Try turning on/off browser hardware acceleration in the game settings.
You can also try deleting the game settings file so that they are overwritten/updated the next time you launch the game. The preferences.xml file located at (default): C:\Users\User name/AppData/Roaming/wargaming.net/WorldOfTanks
