crew % is red

i move my T150 crew to my KV-3 and i retrained the crew for kv3 but % is still red why is that pls help

They won’t be trained to 100% in the tank they are in.

Hover the cursor over the crew member and it will show a figure lower than 100%.

but why is that when i was playing 3 years ago i retrained my crew and % was not red like the crew was good in the other tank when i retrained them is it different now ?

It's showing as red because the crew isn't trained to 100% in the current vehicle. Years ago, it didn't work like that. Back then it just showed a number that is below 100% (if you weren't using any crew skill boosting equipment/skill/consumable) also back then it showed as red when it wasn't fully compatible with your current tank. Hope this clears things out for you.

No idea but when they are red they aren’t trained to 100%. I’ve only ever re-trained with gold or an order so I’m not sure how the penalty works if you use credits… It might be off the specialisation and not the current perk/skill.

They can be tipped over 100% by the commander’s boost even if the specialisation is less than 100%.
