Cannot open in-game store

When I click the in-game store tab, it gets stuck on the loading content screen for a while. Afterwards, it's a black screen. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Well i have to same issue for the hole time i am playing this game... i don't expect it to ever get fixed.

I had this problem . Until I enabled Steam overlay when in game. Shop works after that.
I did this 2 days ago. Hope this helps.

Enable Steam overlay then start the game.

I’ve had to disable hardware acceleration in settings in the past to get the store and clan pages to display.
